Many of our learners are 16–17. Keeping them safe is designed into the product, not bolted on.
A tutor kept on the maths
The AI tutor is scoped to the maths problem in front of you. It won’t hold open-ended conversations or wander off-topic, and it keeps an age-appropriate tone. If a learner shares something about their safety or wellbeing, the tutor does not try to counsel them — it points them to a real person who can help.
Minimal data, UK/EU storage
We collect only what we need to run your account and track your progress, and we store it in the UK/EU. We follow the ICO’s Age Appropriate Design Code given our young audience. See our privacy page for detail.
Age policy
ResitReady is for learners aged 16 and over. We don’t knowingly create accounts for under-16s.
Reporting a concern
If you’re worried about the safety or wellbeing of a young person using ResitReady, contact us straight away at safeguarding@resitready.com and we’ll act promptly. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999. You can also contact the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000, or Childline on 0800 1111.
